Jim is a 31-year veteran to the foodservice industry, having spent the majority of his career as the President and co-owner of JG Neil and Company, a leading foodservice agency in the Pacific Northwest. Jim has been helping independent restaurant operators and chain accounts in the Pacific Northwest develop and deliver creative menu options as well as source the finest ingredients for their operations. When not working with customers, Jim can be found fly fishing, golfing or with his wife and 3 kids.

Steve Rice is Chairman of DSL, one of the oldest and most recognizable names in the food service equipment industry. He has over 39 years in the industry and prides himself on his results-oriented management style, strategic partnerships, and effective alignment with and support of key business initiatives. Steve thrives on navigating high-performing teams through changing business strategies with clear focus on the customer. Mark is a co-Founder and Vice President of DSL NW with 39 years of experience working in the food service equipment industry. Marks years of industry experience has helped hundreds of independent restaurant operators expand their menu offerings and improved their operational efficiencies and product quality. Whether a single restaurant operator or a 100+ location national account, Mark can and will utilize his experience and expertise to help you grow your business.

Steve Hurst is a nationally-awarded, certified professional controller, former CFO, and current Director of Finance for DSL Northwest. With a long history of building and directing best-in-class accounting organizations, Steve is a seasoned professional with a reputation of trust and pride in delivering whole-hearted ethical and strategic leadership that promotes bottom-line financial gains. As our company continues to experience fast-paced growth, his initiatives include partnering to create scalable infrastructure, designing reliably efficient and accurate reporting systems, and optimizing staff performance through their own knowledge-based enrichment.

Brandy is the Customer Service Manager at DSL Northwest. She has over 15 years of extensive experience in customer service. With her wealth of skills and knowledge, she can easily cater to clients across various industries. Brandy is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences to all our clients.

Derrick Leggin is the Parts Manager here at DSL Northwest, he leverages his extensive experience to oversee parts, inventory, procurement, and distribution. His journey with DSL Northwest began with a hands-on role as a service technician, where for two years, he gained invaluable technical skills and insights into the company's products and services. This insight has allowed him to communicate effectively with other departments.<br /> A dynamic leader with over 20 years of management experience, he has a proven track record of driving success in various operational roles. With 15 years dedicated to management in big box retail stores, he has mastered the art of managing large-scale operations and teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting ambitious sales targets.<br /> His expertise extends to logistics and supply chain management, evidenced by 5 years as a warehouse lead. In this capacity, he optimized warehouse operations, enhanced inventory control, and streamlined distribution processes, significantly improving efficiency and productivity.

Dwayne Black is the Service Manager here at DSL Northwest and oversees the technician team servicing our customers throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho Panhandle, Montana, Northern Wyoming and Alaska. His comes to us with 24 years of military experience in electronics repair and has been managing service teams collectively for over 25 years between his military and civilian careers. When Dwayne isn’t working, you can find him spending his weekends walking the dogs, enjoying his family and even getting in a few home projects now and then.
